Use the screen for slides, video and event visuals. The hall is part of the 500 m² Takeovers hub at Calea Dorobanți 164, alongside the bar and lounge.

Bar & lounge

Welcome guests, take breaks and hold networking sessions at the same venue as the presentations. The bar and lounge offer room for smaller groups before or after the main programme.

There is also a kitchen area for catering. If the event continues with a party, the hall has a DJ booth and a live-band area. Catering services and the music programme are arranged for your event.

How is the quote prepared?

We start with the format, date, duration, required spaces and technical needs. Catering, decor and entertainment are discussed for each event; include them in your brief where relevant.

Can I see the space first?

Use “Arrange a viewing” and leave your contact details. We will discuss a visit to Calea Dorobanți 164 so you can see the spaces relevant to your project.

Does an inquiry confirm a booking?

An inquiry starts the conversation about availability and a quote. The booking, services and terms are confirmed separately with the team after the details are agreed.
